Our Returns Policy

Returning Or Cancelling Unwanted Items

If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery by calling us on 01543 222 105 (Weekdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday: 9.30am - 12.00pm).

Once you have received delivery of your items you have 30 days in which to contact us to arrange a return. Please be aware that we will only accept a return if:

  • The product has not been used and the original packaging remains unopened
  • The product is complete and as sold - we cannot accept returns of partial packs

You will receive a full refund of the cost of the items minus the appropriate re-stocking and collection charges.

It is very important to be aware that when laying paving, you’ll need a few extra slabs for cutting. We advise you to allow around 10% extra for this, but if you are unsure please do give us a call.  All our paving is sold in project packs, so if the packs stated are not suitable for your project please give us a call on 01543 222 105 and we will do our utmost to help you.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

On the very rare occasion you may find that your items are damaged or faulty. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible on 01543 222 105.

If the damage is apparent as you take delivery, please ensure that you sign for the delivery as damaged on arrival. To ensure a swift and efficient resolution we advise you to take as many photographs as you can of the damage and to check the product thoroughly.

This returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.
